The Inspectorate of Mental Health Services has the right to inspect anywhere that mental health services are being provided. The Inspectorate will be reviewing the entire system of mental health services which will include referrals, assessment, inpatient, community and outreach services. Following this review, the inspectorate will furnish a report.
