This is a voluntary organisation of local Mental Health Associations which aims to promote positive mental health / awareness and to actively support persons with a mental illness, their families and carers.

Activities include:
  • Befriending
  • Social clubs
  • Rest bite holidays
  • Social housing projects
  • Information days
  • School based projects:
    • National Public Speaking Project.
    • Design a Cover art project for senior students in post-primary schools and colleges.
    • Mental Health Matters, a mental health resource pack for use with 14-18 year olds.
    • Essay project for primary schools.
Advocacy.
